When I bought it it arrived very quickly and I was so impressed, my husband put it together as it was too heavy for me, it looks great and is very easy to use and you can adjust the speed of it.

This is a great mobility scooter and is very easy to use once assembled. Unpacking and assembly should only be done by someone with a reasonable amount of strength, and the ability to take it apart and lift the 4 parts if it is to be transported in a car. For those who don't have the strength to lift the individual parts, I would only recommend buying one if you can charge it indoors (or in a garage). Personally, I would leave mine in the car and bring the battery inside to charge

Very easy to put together and easy to take apart and put in the trunk of a car. It's simple to drive and unless you're single, 4 mph is certainly fast enough for an able-bodied wife. Although I think she's looking for a Bucky Seat!!! Great scooter, highly recommended.
